  • 2 (8-oz) tubes of Crescent rolls
  • 1/3 c. cranberry sauce
  • 1 12-oz wheel of brie, cut into cubes

  • Fresh ground black pepper
  • Cut parsley, for garnish (optional).

Step 1

Preheat stove to 375°. Unroll crescent rolls, dividing each triangle. Arrange in a sunburst pattern, with sharp ends of the triangles encountering the exterior (the base of the triangles needs to overlap).

Step 2

Spread cranberry sauce on dough. Leading with brie and bacon. Fold triangular tips over filling up and tuck under the base to protect.

Step 3

In a small bowl, whisk the egg. Brush the top of the dough with egg and spray with salt and pepper. Bake till dough is golden 15 to 20 minutes. Garnish with parsley if desired and serve.
